美國商品期貨交易委員會（CFTC）于 2024 年 7 月 3 日宣布，美國伊利諾伊
州北區(qū)地區(qū)法院的Mary Rowland 法官對CFTC提出的所有指控已作出簡易判決，
裁定被告 Sam Ikkurty 及其公司 Jafia, LLC, Ikkurty Capital, LLC （分別以 Rose City
Income Fund I, Rose City Income Fund II 和 Seneca Ventures, LLC 名義運營）需連
帶支付超過 8370 萬美元的賠償金和 3690 萬美元的非法所得。此外，法院還認定
被告通過某個碳抵銷項目（carbon offset program）實施了挪用資金的行為。
